Specialist referrals at Surrey Quays Dental Practice
We accept referrals for more complex treatments — including root canal treatment, implants, periodontics, aesthetics, OPG and CBCT imaging. We complete the specific treatment you ask us to carry out and refer the patient back to your care, with a full report of the treatment provided.
The services we currently offer
Submitting a referral

Email us — or use the form below — with an overview of what you are referring, including any relevant X-rays for an initial review.

Once received, we'll contact the patient to book either an initial consultation or proceed straight to treatment if all necessary information is provided.

We complete the agreed treatment and refer the patient back to your care, sending you a full written report.
CBCT & OPG imaging
- For CBCT and OPG imaging, please include exposure justification in the referral.
- Please note we are unable to provide a written report for OPG and CBCT scans.
- We can send you a secure link by email to download the CBCT scan.
