How the treatment works
- Visit one — assessment & impressions. We check that your teeth and gums are healthy, then take precise impressions for your custom Enlighten trays. You'll start using a desensitising toothpaste containing hydroxyapatite.
- Visit two — start home whitening. About two weeks later we hand over your trays and the whitening gel. You wear the trays overnight for 14 nights.
